Our Team
Mark Eastman – Broker/Owner
Mark Eastman isn’t just a real estate professional—he’s a lifelong member of the Bucksport community, deeply committed to its growth, character, and future. Born and raised right here in town, Mark brings generations of local knowledge and a passion for coastal Maine living to every client relationship.
In 2017, Mark was elected to the Bucksport Town Council, where he now serves as Deputy Mayor. His dedication to public service reflects his belief in the power of local government and the importance of giving back to the place he calls home.
Beyond his work in real estate and government, Mark has played a key role in shaping Bucksport’s vibrant downtown and cultural landscape. He co-founded Main Street Bucksport, an organization focused on downtown revitalization, and actively supports community staples such as Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust, The Alamo Theatre, and WERU Community Radio.
In recognition of his contributions to the local business community, Mark was named Businessman of the Year by the Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce in 2016.
Mark lives in the heart of Bucksport village with his daughter, a proud sixth-generation Mainer. Whether he's walking downtown, volunteering at a local event, or helping someone find their perfect home, Mark is always working to make Bucksport a better place, for today and for generations to come.
